The modern, slow speed shredding technology minimizes the proportion of fines and reduces production costs while ensuring the best output quality. You decide the processing depth, we develop the right concept.
Smart process with oversize grain recirculation
Oversize grain recirculation reduces energy requirements and wear and avoids costly secondary shredding. Here, we dispense with the second shredding stage and select a generously dimensioned pre-shredder.
Higher system availability due to impurity-resistant shredders
The impurity-resistant shredders ensure smooth operation without permanent operational interruptions and avoidable work stoppages.
Efficient with or without secondary shredding
If you need a smaller product: our robust and proven machines from the AK series are used for target grain sizes under 80 mm. Either fully integrated into the system or as a stand-alone solution on your site.
