As ALLRECO, we have the possibility to draw on an extensive portfolio of machines. In addition to various types of shredders, from low-speed to granulators, this also includes an extensive range of separation techniques. From trommel screens to star, spiral shaft and vibrating screens to special techniques, such as for blending or density separation. We combine all these techniques individually for your application. For feasibility studies and to be able to estimate separation results, we have a test laboratory. Here we can carry out separation tests and analyses, such as analytical sieving, dry substance measurement and loss on ignition determination. These preliminary tests are essential, especially for processes in which water-based treatment is planned. In this way, both the scope of supply and the reprocessing costs can be estimated more accurately.

Individual 3D visualization

After we have discussed flow diagrams and process alternatives with you, all plant components are photorealistically represented with the surrounding infrastructure of their location in SolidWorks and coordinated with you. This 3D visualization not only gives you a more accurate impression. It is also used to optimize transport routes, define transfer points and belt lengths, plan space for maintenance and cleaning work, and perform collision checks. Our 3D library already includes most infrastructures (hall, girder, column, aeration pipes, fermenter), accessories (skip, container) and loading equipment, so that clearance heights, for example, can also be checked and taken into account.
