PKR 3200
The PKR is a high-performance single-shaft shredder for industrial applications with the highest demands on throughput, robustness and flexibility. The machine was developed in close partnership between ALLRECO GmbH (Germany) and MTB Manufacturing (France): While MTB is responsible for design and manufacturing, ALLRECO brings its extensive expertise in application engineering, process integration and marketing. The result is a well-engineered, high-performance and practice-optimised machine for processing a wide range of materials

Technical Concept
The PKR is based on a robust and maintenance-friendly machine concept:
- Robust and maintenance-friendly
- Heavy-duty rotor with 980 mm cutting diameter
- Working width of 3.2 m for high throughput and easy loading by wheel loader or grab
- Solid machine frame for maximum stability – BUILD TO LAST
- Optimised comb system with precisely adjustable cutting gap, based on Form C teeth with 174 mm height from the CERON series
- Modular design for flexible adaptation to customer requirements
- Consistent shredding combined with high energy efficiency
Drive Concept
The PKR offers various drive concepts that can be optimally matched to each application:
- Direct drive with synchronous torque motor (up to 157 kW)
- Dual motor configuration for maximum power (up to 314 kW)
- Maximum torque of up to 200,000 Nm
The drive unit can be flexibly installed on the left or right side of the machine. Retrofitting an additional second drive is also possible, further underlining the high flexibility of the concept.
Maintenance & Serviceability
A key development objective was to ensure easy and safe maintenance in order to reduce downtime and guarantee high system availability:
- Large maintenance door with hydraulic opening
- Direct access to rotor and stator
- Integrated lifting device for comfortable service work
- Rotor replacement from above without dismantling the drive
- Quickly accessible screen basket
