Avoidance of microplastics
The impurities are removed before composting or fermentation, without shredding the material beforehand. Only closed bags are opened and oversized particles are shredded. This minimizes the shredding effort and therefore also microplastics.
More efficient composting
Precise adjustment of material disintegration and structure content ensures optimum conditions in the composting process. With the AK series hammer mill, retention times are shortened through maximum material disintegration after the plastic-containing impurities have been reduced with the ALLRECO solution.
Selective shredding
The unnecessary destruction of materials, such as glass and plastics, is avoided by the gentle processing, but all materials are still made suitable for the system.
Robust and simple technology
