Special Features

The wind blows away husks and chaff, only the grain falls back into the basket: The separation process of "air sifting" via density and weight of materials has existed for thousands of years - we have perfected it in our WS machines. The WS 1501 is a powerful compact machine. The key data: starting with a total length of about 6.8 m and a total width of 2 m, a feeder belt with a length of 2.9 m and a working width of 1.5 m. Thanks to a conveying speed of 2 m/s and maximum aerodynamic efficiency, throughput rates of up to around 120 m³/h can be achieved.

 

With the WS 1501, a material stream can be separated into two or three fractions (light/heavy, additionally medium). The feed material is pretreated and fed in a defined particle size distribution. For optimum screening, it is necessary that the feed belt is only occupied by a single layer. To ensure that the materials are separated with the greatest possible efficiency, the position and inclination of the belt relative to the separation drum can be changed both horizontally and vertically.

 

The WS 1501 offers the best conditions for clean separation and an enormous variety of applications. Like all air classifiers of the WS series, the WS 1501 can be combined with the different screening systems from ALLRECO. Whether construction waste, slag, organic waste or compost - within a few minutes, the machine is adjusted to a new material flow and convinces with the simplest operation.
