ALLRECO fires up existing plant

In a plant in East Westphalia, only the pre-shredder was actually to be replaced and finished material separated from the mass flow. The result is now a state-of-the-art waste wood processing plant that is able to supply the downstream power plant in stand-alone operation. Parts of the old plant have been integrated into the new concept as a back-up, ensuring maximum availability and thus a secure energy supply in the region.

At the heart of the new plant is the ALLRECO CERON type 308, which crushes the input material with its 44 teeth and feeds it to the grain screening system. Anything that is too large for the boiler is fed back into the shredding process. Thanks to the system's power reserves, operation is ensured at all times and all challenges can be managed flexibly.

ALLRECO developed the complete concept, supplied the machinery, steel construction, conveyor technology and control system and commissioned the entire system on schedule.
