Kronospan is a globally successful group and is best known for its wood-based building materials such as chipboard and laminate. At its various locations in Poland, Kronospan is also always well advised by our dealer ARCON POLSKA. Mobile processing technology from Doppstadt has been used here for a long time and at various locations. The machines are used to process waste wood and the wood residues that accumulate on the factory premises.
Over the course of time, electric shredders from the AK series, a high-speed shredder based on the hammer mill principle, were also purchased and installed. However, the stationary shredders available at the time were too small for the feed vehicles used at Kronospan and their shovels. The company needed a stationary machine with a larger feed hopper.
No sooner said than done. Doppstadt developed the new AK 640 L VE, which is now offered by ALLRECO, based on the mobile semi-trailer. This is a long version of the previous machine with a powerful 450 kW three-phase motor. With its 4 m long feed hopper, this machine is now up to all larger tasks. And we are delighted that this machine is already working successfully at two Kronospan sites in Poland.
